Steel structures shall be highly safe, durable and robust. Welding is one of the most important manufacturing stages that takes place in our workshop. We are aware of the responsibility for this manufacturing stage, therefore, we continually invest in the development of new welding technologies. The whole process is supervised by our highly qualified and certified personnel (IWE, IWI). In addition, we continuously improve the qualification of the whole team.
THE FOLLOWING WELDING METHODS ARE USED AT IN-BUL:
- GMAW - (MIG/MAG): 131, 135
- FCAW: 136, 138
- SAW: 121, 124
- GTAW - (TIG): 141

POSSIBILITY OF INCONEL 625 CLADDING
We cooperate closely with such certifying bodies as DNV and UDT. At the moment, we enjoy having a great deal of the approved welding procedures and their number is still increasing.
In order to meet the high requirements of our clients, we constantly develop and improve our welding qualifications. What distinguishes us on the market is Inconel 625 cladding. Furthermore, our machine park is equipped with i.e. such machines as Fronius cladding system and ESAB pillar jib crane for welding.
